How can you change these under-bathroom cabinet lights? It’s my first time seeing this type of light fixture and I can’t seem to get the bulb out. Does anyone have experience? Thank you in advance!

This lookes like fixed led.luhjt fixture. May not be changeable.
That’s the fun thing, you don’t
You see the metal ring with a cut in it? There should be a way to compress it and take it out. That holds the glass in place and allow you to replace the bulb/led.
Looks like a 12v halogen fixture commonly used for cabinets
The metal circlip you see pops out and the glass drops, inside’s usually a 12V 10-20W G4 halogen.
If it’s same setup as mine….
Press up gently inside the ring (the glass is a cover for the bulb inside). Still keeping gentle pressure, turn anticlockwise until the cover pops out. The bulb is inside and can then be removed by pulling gently (try this first) or by twisting (depending on the bulb).
