Based on the sign(s) It’s customer parking only between 0700 : 2300 and then no parking between 06:00 – 07:00. So you can park there between 2300 : 0600, but you need to register and can only park for a max 1 hour. To be honest as it’s a private car park your taking you chances if you park there at any point and are not shopping.

* It’s a parking-lot, you can park here — the P
* Undersign: Between 07-23 on weekdays, and between 07-23 on Saturdays this is a customer parking lot for KIWI, during those periods you can park a maximum of 1 hour and need to electronically register in the KIWI-shop.
* Second undersign: Between 06-07 on weekdays and between 06-07 on saturdays, parking is prohibited.
Neither of the undersigns are relevant for sundays, rules for sunday would have to be printed in red. This means on sunday only the top sign, the “P” is relevant, and you can park there.

I’ve gotten a ticket for parking on a sunday. Basically the same sign, but for Rema.
So I wouldn’t park here on sundays, though I realize this is contrary to the top comment.
