1. Keep the fucking land or we’ll have to buy it again in a few decades.

2. Is buying property necessarily a bad investment.

3. I am amazed they only spent 37 million.

4. Sell it back so they can buy it, then when the government inevitably needs it again in the future they can sell it back to them and make a nice bit of profit.
