Good morning, I need to buy a commercial van and I saw a good deal, but the vehicle is registered in Denmark and has a TUV (vehicle inspection certificate) issued in Denmark until 8/27. The seller says that if I buy the vehicle, I don't need a new TUV now in Germany, that the one issued this year in Denmark is valid. I would like to know if this is true? Does anyone have experience buying cars from Denmark with a valid TUV? Did they have to get one in Germany right after registration? Does the vehicle have to be sold with a certificate of conformity, and is a valid TUV not enough? Is it necessary to pay the annual road tax, right? I was quite surprised because I've seen some vehicles advertised as being from Denmark, but this one caught me off guard. It's a good deal, but I want to know if it's really worth it or if cheap ends up being expensive. Because even with less KLm etc is about 2000 eur cheaper than the ones with Germany Documents. thanks
i saw this website and says dont need if Inspection in Denmark meets Richtlinie 2014/45 Artikel 8 Absatz 3
its that true? is Valid in All Germany? thanks
