Ethema Health no longer moving forward with Addiction Recovery Care acquisition deal

LOUISA, Ky. (WKYT) – The Ethema Health Corporation and Addiction Recovery Care have called off their acquisition deal.

Ethema signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets and operations of Kentucky’s largest substance abuse treatment provide, ARC, in October.

In a statement on Wednesday, a spokesperson for ARC said that the two organizations have decided to not move forward and that ARC “looks forward to continuing to serve our clients and communities.”
