Germany: page 19

France: page 29

Italy: page 41

Example for France:

Helsana

Model: Standard (choice of specialist)

Deductible: CHF 300.-

Healthcare in both countries, same benefits as Swiss citizens.

Personally, I live in Suisse Romande, and this year I left Groupe Mutuel to go with an insurer that’s more honest with citizens.

(The target of this post is not European workers, but our insurance system.)

Happy New Year to everyone!

  1. Our politicians are stealing from us. Thanks SVP.

  2. Do I understand correctly?

A person living in France and working in Switzerland would pay 200/month at Helsana for a basic coverage in CH and in FR, with 300 deductible?

  3. To make it clear for those seeing this for the first time: this is the rates applicable for posted workers from Switzerland to the rest of Europe. Or someone retiring in the EU/EEA/UK who receives a Swiss pension from AHV/IV/MV along with their household. They can get healthcare in the country they live in as a local or travel back to Switzerland (where they will have a 300 CHF franchise with Grundversicherung model)
