1. That’s funny! But he probably felt out of his depth a bit. At this age he was barely a decade out of the impoverishment he was raised in. Can you imagine going from public housing to meeting royalty?

2. lol margrethe later said of the meeting:

   >i didn’t like him, i thought he was dreadful, but of course i couldn’t just go up to him and say i‘m not going to say hello, because i think your music is terrible

4. Margrethe and Margaretha are both named after their British grandma Princess Margaret of Connaught.
