  1. >we do a little bit of trolling ecks dee -> **People beg their elected representatives to improve their lives and address that their material conditions are constantly worsening.**

    epic le troll :^)))))))))))

  2. oh yes “trolling”, by using an official means of communication to relay how dire problems are.

  3. while I accept that some of these were ‘trolling’ in a sense, they were spamming etc, I can’t help but feel that SOME of those ‘troll’ messages had a little truth to them. So it’s a bit odd to say that. I’d think calling it ‘spam’ might be more accurate.

  4. But is he being told it’s just trolls and actually everything is fine because people should just manage their budget better?
    ‘yes prime minister’ larping.

  5. “Trolling”?

No.10 PR clearly doesn’t understand how shit life is right now.
They created an accessible way for people to speak directly to their corrupt overlord, what reactions were they expecting?

  6. What kind of brain dead twat, thinks that people pleading with the one person who can help them is “trolling”. This country is fucked.

  7. It’s beyond me that the Tories don’t realise how painfully unpopular they are, particular among the core demographic of TikTok.

  8. Lol what a troll move, asking the prime minister to do something about the odds being stacked against young people, lolol trollface

  9. Remember when Gordon Brown started posting videos on YouTube, and someone obviously told him to smile more, so he’d be talking about someone getting fired for misconduct or something and he’d pause after every sentence and just do a big creepy grin that didn’t fit with the context at all.

    Same kind of vibe

  10. Boris Johnson’s new TikTok account inundated by thousands of users with pleas for help with cost of living.

Fixed it for you. I hardly think it’s trolling when it is just and as the Americans have said is The Rent Is Too Damn High! Cost of living? It’s money grubbing fat cats leaving is to scrub!

  11. I’m guessing the Tories have started this tiktok account because they realise their voter base is ageing and they need young voters to ensure party longevity.

I guess they haven’t accounted for the fact that alienating young people through high student loans, an unaffordable property market, sky high taxes will make sure no young person votes for them.

  12. The absurdity of them thinking that being in the shit storm we are in. Making a tik tok account will be productive. Can they really get anymore out of touch?

  13. And just like Gove with his stupid voices, BoGo comes in acting the buffoon to distract the public from their own heinous behaviour. This says everything about what Tories believe about the general public. This is the carrot 🥕 being dangled to keep us sweet. And let’s not fail to see the irony of broadcasting BTS of the British gov’t on a corrupt Communist owned media platform. Do you want a side of state secrets with that?

  14. If anyone thinks that those messages are gonna change that guys mind is actually kidding themselves.

Nothing short of direct action will change the status quo.

  15. so people are trolls for begging to improve their lives? is this what the tories call people now? trolls?

    wHat?!

  16. Trolling is usually a small group or individual doing it… when tens of thousands are asking for something it’s not really trolling now is it

  17. >*i* trawled through the comments to try and find any positive remarks, but failed to find any.

    Lol
