I am completely uneducated about the Danish, Denmark and their R.F. could someone explain to me what the elephant pendant they are all wearing symbolizes?
Marie and Margrethe’s gowns are just perfect for winter. I love their looks. Do not like Mary’s at all. Christian is such a perfect blend of his parents.
Mary needs to stop wearing this type of dresses with contrasting fabrics. She wore another dress exactly like this, just in a different colour, and it didn’t look good that time either. It’s like the bodice is too tight and squishing her chest.

Mary’s dress is unusual but I like it. The strapless part in particular is really beautiful. And I love that tiara!

I always think simple bodices are best when wearing all of the order adornments. Otherwise it gets too fussy. The beige gold isn’t Mary’s best color either – she stuns on jewel colors.
Margrethe looks like Margrethe; all is right with the world.

Margrethe’s tiara is the Naasut tiara, a tiara made of Greenlandic gold, depicting Greenlandic flowers and gifted to her by the Greenlandic people some years ago. It’s hard not to read that as a political statement
I hate to say it, but Mary looks like a big, beige blob. Marie looks great, though.
I really hate Mary’s lace gowns and this one is another disappointment
