  1. Please don’t hire the BBC sound engineer, i’m almost certain he’ll he out of work considering the hate he gets in the comments section.

  2. Might be good, at least with adblock. I’m liking watching Time Team on YouTube, I missed them the first time around because unlike now I had social life back then.

  3. That’s funny, since they were doing this back in 2009 but shut it down in 2014 to promote 4oD, likely because they didn’t want a revenue split with YouTube.

  4. 1,000 hours sounds good, but the image they’ve used to illustrate this (Location, Location, Location) is a reminder that you can pump out hundreds of hours of “hit” TV like this without the number of hours being worth much!

  5. Available everywhere? Tired of waiting for the Canadian broadcasters to get the rest of Friday Night Dinner and Stath Lets Flats

  6. How will this impact the TV licence? I currently don’t pay because I don’t watch TV or their online services, just streaming and YouTube. Does this mean YouTube will be off-limits?

  7. Can they just please fix their All4 apps?

In particular, have a proper app for Chromecast TV so I don’t have to use my phone to cast to the tv.

Hell, I can’t even watch All4 on my Nest Hub in the kitchen either…

  8. I think we’ll see more of this. It’s likely being done to supplement falling revenue from terrestrial telly.

  9. About time the big TV stations caught onto the digital revolution, it only happened 20 years ago! BBC getting left in the dust, how embarrassing 😂

  10. Hopefully YouTube will have the programmes in decent quality and not the absolute joke of a pixel fest that I got trying to watch OCD cleaners on the 4 app. I was watching it on an iPad, it’s not exactly a 65 inch tv, yet it was still blurry as fuck.
