Corporate accountability is a loop hole that needs closing.
That an owner/CEO/board of directors can wrack up millions in debt, taxes, whatever else, be subject in some cases to government bail outs or continuously poison our rivers or seas and be subject to **less** accountability than you or I would face if we stole a loaf of bread or defaulted on our council tax, is insane.

Sent tax payers money into her husbands business, laundered the profits into a personal trust, and all the while claimed to have no conflicts of interest.
She should be booted from the Lords, asset stripped, and ideally serve jail time.
It’s the only way we’ll stop seeing both Lords and MPs taking advantage of their positions to enrich themselves off our backs.
A pound a week? What does she take me for, a fool? I’ll be 104 by the time it’s repaid!
