  1. I mean we are all congestion and should pay. Clean air zones are different to congestion zones.

  3. Whilst I do agree with this change, successive governments, especially this one, have been hacking away at any advantages that owning an electric car may have. 

    Norway has something like 95% of all new car registrations being electric, because their government had the balls to tax IC cars highly and put that money directly into electric charger building. 

    But no UK government has the balls to actually increase taxes on IC motorists significantly and actually take the pain to start saving the planet, so we sit in this awful median where we all talk about the importance of climate change, but electric car registrations aren’t going up.
