Polish gemstones website is a scam?

Hello, I just bought a few gemstones from this website, I paid a good amount of money (using blik) inpost delivery, in the website, there is NIP and registration address and everything.

In my order, it shows completed butI haven't received anything at all, no inpost notification to tracking number no nothing.

I emailed the page, no reply, I tried to call and the number is not available all the time.

Is this a scam page? and if yes, is there a way to get my money back?
