According to the York City Police Department, Ubaldo Ramos-Morales, 29, has been charged with burglarizing a business on East Philadelphia Street in York, where he allegedly smashed a window overnight and stole money.

According to charging documents, investigators said Ramos-Morales also damaged a skill games machine, with the damage estimated at more than $5,000.
