Does anyone still believe they have the capabilities they pretend to have? Pumpkin-Head and his band of merry Oligarchs has ruined them to the betterment of human civilisation.
They do know that countries don’t take too likely to nuclear annihilation, I do wonder how Russia intends to come back from this.
