Honestly who gives a fck about CBD and 0.3% thc shit.
While I’ve no issues with products containing cannabis, most are holistic shit, literally no benefits at all, aside anecdotal claims.
I can’t see this making difference for cannabis being legal, talking the real stuff, not fckn 97.7%, that’s missing.
How is it a straw house shaking ? That gov will have to allow stuff which is basically non alcoholic beverage value to anyone.
Or am I missing something here, like they won’t bust some dingdong that without knowledge might be growing hemp instead of actual weed, type of win.
They are waiting until they can make their money from it then the law will change. Just like the brits.
Can someone eli5 what the implications are here? Would this be the first step towards legalisation? I dont smoke, never liked it bit I do have some THC oil that Id use on occasion to help me sleep, its fucking great stuff to have
Thought the thread title said High Court Judge Jules.
Can’t believe the DPP are investing time and money into the likes of this. That’s a scandal.
