MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Morristown Police Department said it is searching for a monkey who damaged a business Sunday morning.
According to MPD, officers responded to Trade Center, a musical instrument store on S. Cumberland Street, after a cinnamon capuchin monkey went inside the business.
MPD said the monkey caused damage to the business and musical instruments.
Animal control responded to the business and tried to capture the monkey but was unsuccessful, MPD said.
