Anyone get these scam texts? I didn’t order anything recently besides purchasing a ticket for a club but I’ve never heard of paying a small fee for something like this

100% a scam, got one the exact same yesterday.
I keep getting texts about my AIB account, only problem is I don’t have one.
Scam clls and texts nearly everyday since the hse hack
It’s a scam
nope never seen that before oh wait its the an post scam thats 2yrs old now in the sticky thread for scams
Just got a similar…. different web link.
Have had about four of them recently. The worst thing is you ask yourself ’wait, did I order something?’
But no, report, delete, forget.
It’s a scam.
1) You didn’t order anything recently
2) the link is fake is shit
It’s a scam, got 1 the other day 🙈 nothing but scams going on. I noticed since the hse hack it’s gotten so much worse.

Scam that isn’t a proper an post weblink. For reference as a general rule of thumb if anpost website is anpost.com anything additional should come after the .com i.e anpost.com/onlineaccpayment
Anything from a bank, a courier or a service provider saying something like “urgent action required” and then having a website like ptsb-review.com is a scam.
People need to start blocking and deleting. The amount of people I know that click these links and they aren’t even expecting a parcel.
If I’m doubt always go to your providers website for delivery updates. These scams are mostly aimed at android phone users so be careful peeps.
Got one exactly like that and one last night Airbnb had charged me 687.43 euros, click here to challenge this… I felt like replying to laugh at how shit it was.
Please learn how URLs work. Something like accountpayment.anpost.ie is legit, whereas something like anpost.accountpayment.com is a scam. Basically, you want to check the second level domain is something you trust.
Got 3 of them last week
