This is a non story.
Just as a rule this shouldn’t go away. It discourages people from testing who have come into contact with infected persons and serves as a paywall against anyone who thinks they might have the virus.
Segregate the hospital beds. Fixed number for vaccinated and fixed number for unvaccinated. If the unvaccinated section gets full, too bad for them. They made their choice.
There’s no other way to avoid hospitals filling. The virus isn’t going away, vaccination will never reach 90%+.
It’s either measures forever or leave the unvaccinated to their fate.
