Ogier Global has appointed Michaël Goosse as head of fund administration in Luxembourg, the company announced on Monday.
Goosse has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and fund administration in Luxembourg. His background includes working with international clients, mainly in the corporate and private equity sectors.
The appointments come as Ogier Global continues to expand its fund administration activities in Europe. The firm’s fund administration teams now comprise around 60 staff.
Ogier Global, the corporate and fiduciary services division of Ogier, has received a CSSF fund licence in Luxembourg and a Central Bank of Ireland fund licence over the past two years.
