Doesn’t this give Boris the chance to delay the report even more by asking her to investigate this?
Jesus Christ. Expect lots of back-of-a-fag-packet policies to be announced in the coming days.
Rules for thee but not for me.
If he were not the PM and were they not staff, how much would they have been fined if they’d been just the average non-wealthy and not-well=connected folk?
This is not normal. The man with his finger on the nuclear weapons shouldn’t have a wine fridge in his office. The people in charge of our country shouldn’t be getting pissed between votes and sexually assaulting colleagues. There is a real alcohol problem that needs to be addressed. The tax payers shouldn’t be subsidising this alcohol problem.
I don’t see what the fuss is about to be honest, I’m glad they had a party. If anyone needed to blow off a little steam they did, and it’s a sign of a great leader that he relaxed the rules for his hardworking team..Any good boss would have done the same and would have been applauded for thinking of their staff..
Someone needs firing just for the catering. Two little cakes and a crispy creme donut?
The fact this is hardly making the news. Says everything about the electorate
so all the juniors who got thrown under the bus to save big dog are leaking. good
How can boris laugh at russia for telling blatant lies yet lie constantly to his country. Isnt the damage this is causing now obvious to all conservative MPs? This is *the* time to show that british politicians are less corrupt than russias but they just keep him there… Its such a self own its baffling
This just makes my blood boil so much . During this time , my auntie had to die without her mother and husband at her side . My best friend’s grandfather had to die without a soul to console him and even his closest friends couldn’t go to the funeral , and to top it all off a client of mine at 28 years of age had to die of covid without visitors . They are an absolute joke .Seriously, how are they getting away with it ?
Surprised the Tories would drink Brancott estate, and also, WARM Brancott estate that’s not in a fridge, but I’m NOT surprised Bojo hasn’t been fined for this one, best mates with the Met.
Ffs is it normal to drink and get pissed at work, and they are supposed to be running the country
Just a normal amount of booze, sub-party levels, definitely not the amount that might lead anyone observing to conclude he was at a party and not a work-event <<< what you’ll be expected to swallow

I love a drip fed storyline.
