You can argue in airport Office and they will pay you new one
First time? xD
They like to gift such gifts 🎁
You got yourself a new suitcase!
Plot twist: OP stole someone’s suitcase on the airport

That’s because you use this shitty suitcase instead of normal soft bag..
Better gift than a hole in your suitcase. In third world countries, like Russia, it is important to tape your luggage to understand whether someone tried to open it or not, during transitions.
At least it isn’t cracked. Looks like you can bend it back.
That should be easy to fix, just smack it from inside.
Could be destination as well as origin. But at Baggage handling desk you can ask for damages to be paid.
My sisters suitcase zipper broke and one side got a huge crack
How do you know this hasn’t happen on the other side, i.e. airport you left from?
Yeah, that’s how it works. It looks like a basic ABS plastic suitcase. It’s not good for the airport you need harder material.
Well, at least it didn’t tear apart, consider yourself lucky 🙂
Mine did and unfortunately it’s not usable anymore and I can’t melt or glue it together
It´s true guys, my raincoat got wet in front of Prague Airport the other day. What a terrible place
first time?
lmao, only a bit related but once Ceska Posta just fucking bend my hard cover czech textbook by like 60 degrees just so it fits into that small circular mail box
Lol literally who cares about this? So your suitcase got bumped on the corner, better make a reddit post? Idk man..
First off it should be an easy fix.
Secondly, their job is fuckin hard and the money is shit, I’d like to see you do it better.
Come again! Seven more corners to go!
Well, at least you got the suitcase back, these things get lost from time to time, you know?
