NK Pro finds ICBM officials also visited Feb. 11 plant again, including one back from helping Russia attack Ukraine
North Korean state media has revealed new signs that an arms plant it often touts as the country’s main short-range ballistic missile (SRMB) producer also makes long-range missiles, NK Pro analysis has found, potentially filling a gap in open-source understanding of Pyongyang’s nuclear weapon supply chains.
The officials who joined DPRK leader Kim Jong Un during a visit to the February 11 Plant in late December also link the factory to long-range missile programs, including one who made his first appearance back in North Korea after visiting Russia to help with missile attacks on Ukraine.[/p
