1. Banksy is a group of people not an individual….

   That’s why you can’t out him.. there is no him.

3. Local councillor in dead cat thing, what’s he really resigning over? If working with welsh councils has taught me anything, it’s that they are corrupt and nepostistic and full of no-goods.
