We have four active patrol boats and four minesweepers. I can see the minesweepers being of use to Ukraine but those patrol craft are very small, “green water” vessels that don’t have a place in combat with ships of the line, which Russia has in the Black Sea. (corvette, frigate etc)

RuZZia is lucky Ukrainian farmers are still researching hydro-tractor technology. Once those farmers can drive their tractors on the water, they’re gonna take all that floating scrap metal Russia calls “ships.”
