A transformative workshop on “Gender Matters: Building a Respectful Learning Environment” was conducted at AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh. Led by school counsellor Bharti, the session equipped teachers with tools to foster respect, empathy, and understanding across all genders, ensuring every student felt valued and acknowledged. The workshop emphasised that gender sensitivity is essential for cultivating an inclusive environment, breaking harmful stereotypes, and promoting equality.
