  1. Depends on what you mean by fluently. He speaks correct swedish and has probably leaved in Sweden for a few years, but there is an accent and a few word choices that tells he’s not a native speaker. He seems very stressed so he’s sounding weird but he’s fluent.

  2. Yes, and the use of the filler word “liksom” is an indicator he has experience speaking swedish with swedes.

  3. Yes, his Swedish is at the level where it start to break through into fluency. He speaks classroom Swedish. You can hear that he is very conscious of his pronunciation but have received the correct instructions. Also his vocabulary is limited, but he makes good use of 1k vocab.

  4. After 4 words I knew he was not native, but its good. He would probably be able to speak Swedish in any situation without confusion or mixups.

    No problem in for example a business meeting.

    The accent however, is very obvious.
