Lol. Not going to happen as they’d be prosecuting half the countries in Europe who are busy turning a blind eye to the ultimate origin of their energy imports. I saw it during the Iraq embargo – kilometre upon kilometre of oil tanker trucks winding their way to Turkish and Eastern European refineries where the oil was rebadged for onward supply to sanctioning countries.
