Bit of a puff piece if you ask me. Nothing new to be learned, and people who’ve read a history book will be surprised to learn about Switzerland’s “openness” to “Germany’s jews in the 1930s and 1940s”. They are, however, clear-eyed about the fact that this “outperformance” is in decline.
I’ve seen this article written tens to hundreds of times “low taxes good+ some reasoning backward from that conclusion”.
The quality of the article is even slightly worse with slightly more unfounded claims than usual. And the bar isn’t high with this kind of article.
The people who write this should be afraid of AI taking their jobs in the very near future…
