Buy and build

The acquisition of FysioHolland forms part of TopzorgGroep’s buy-and-build strategy.

“Through our integrated care model, we believe we can make a meaningful contribution to society and are now even better positioned to achieve our ambitions following this strategic acquisition,” said Ivo van Loo, CEO of TopzorgGroep.

FysioHolland has a nationwide network of physiotherapy practices, some of which are part of a health centre, sports centre and/or residential/care centre.

The unitranche facility provided by Colesco, which takes a sustainability-led approach to raising, deploying and managing capital from institutional asset owners, will be used to refinance TopzorgGroep’s existing debt and to support the acquisition of FysioHolland.

“The acquisition of FysioHolland will further strengthen TopzorgGroep’s market-leading position and support continued innovation to enhance both the quality and accessibility of care,” said Jacco Rolvink, co-head of origination at Colesco.
