UFC fighter Conor McGregor continues to find healing and hope in God, and he made that statement front and centre in a recent post about his wedding on social media.

On Dec. 12, 2025, McGregor married his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his four children, Dee Devlin.

“I married the love of my life, Dee, on the 12th of the 12th at exactly 12:12 p.m,” said McGregor in his post. “We wed in the Chapel of Santo Stefano degli Abissini — the Vatican’s oldest church.”

He went on to say the exact 12:12 p.m. timing was not in his plan at all.

“A letter from the Vatican arrived justa week prior, requiring the ceremony to be moved earlier,” said McGregor in his post. “It then took place officially, at precisely 12:12 p.m. It’s clear this was no coincidence. God’s hand guided every detail, confirming His blessing on our union and His presence in my life.”

He says serving God is his number one priority.

“Then my wife. Then my children. Then my parents,” said McGregor. “I love you, God.”

McGregor first shared how God save how God saved his life in a press conference for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship in Italy in October 2025.

He has been in trouble with the law over his professional career, including being arrested for sexual assault allegations, although McGregor was never convicted.

McGregor hasn’t fought professionally with the UFC since 2021, when the 37-year-old broke his ankle during a rematch with Dustin Poirier. He is looking to get back into the sport soon.
