Update on tadpoles….wow big difference since my last post, u can see their eyes and colouring coming on them now from ireland

  1. Been loving the posts, remember there was a field near us growing up that had a river with a load of them but never got to see the growth cycle in person

  2. Would it be wrong to feed them? You could use some fish food, they sell dried water fleas, bloodworms, tubifex and brine shrimp in MaxiZoo, I’m sure they’d chow down on that.

    Edit: you want to avoid fish flakes or pellets as they might dirty the water.

  3. When they turn into frogs make sure do gender them and see if any of them are gay. Then you’ll know if you have chemicals in the water. /s

  5. I remember when I was a kid, there was an older lad across the road used go down to the river with a suitcase and drag it through the ponds to fill it up with tadpoles, water and all and bring it home with him. A few weeks later he would be selling everybody frogs for frog races.
