She’s wealthy enough to own property here, she surely can reach in her pockets and pay for a couple of security guards instead of demanding it from the state. The horrible threat of a rock and some online threats don’t justify the state’s thin coffers being spent on her. Plenty of young people around who are willing to work for starvation wages post-austerity.
On behalf of the Netherlands, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Greece for putting up with her so long. You’ve done more than your fair share. Feel free to send us some twat to stay here for a couple of years.
I don’t agree with her although I can understand what she’s fighting for. But I think she goes too far, especially as a journalist. I found her tirade against the Greek PM embarrassing to watch and I think he handled it well. She completely disregards the perspective of the locals despite living there for so long. It’s not surprising that she is no longer welcome there after this latest incident.
Yes, and the fact that she has to answer charges in a Greek court for breaking their laws (hiding an illegal migrant) has nothing to do with it. What a pity the “journalist” who wrote the article “forgot” to precise that.
Little advice: when you’re abroad, respect the local laws. Even if you’re a journalist. And if you wanna get involved in politics, DO IT IN YOUR OWN FUCKING COUNTRY.

Isn’t she the one under investigation for housing/hiding illegal migrants in Greece and has more to do of trying to dodge that?
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out
Not a journalist but a garbage entertainer.
Journalists do not exist anymore, just entertainers acting like journalists.
Is she a journalist or a “journalist”
What is going on with the hate?
I’ve seen the video of her asking some questions to the Greece prime minister.
Here it is: https://youtu.be/Wye4e0ANtR4
