“Belarus is interested in developing the pharmaceutical market, so the agenda items should include both distribution and local production. The heads of our states attach great importance to developing co-operation in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. When meeting you, our President emphasised that Belarus-India co-operation is extremely relevant today and under particular supervision, so we have something to aim for areas where we can enhance co-operation,” Aleksandr Khodzhayev stated.
Following the meeting, the Healthcare Minister emphasised that all proposals made by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus will be considered in detail. In addition, the parties placed an emphasis on the possibility of organising meals for Indian students at Belarusian medical universities with regard to their national culinary preferences.
