South Korean firm Lee & Ko has expanded its competition and antitrust practice with the addition of Min-Ho Lee as a partner at its Seoul office in January 2026.
Lee, previously head of the litigation team at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), is rejoining the firm after nearly seven years.
“Lee oversaw the KFTC’s litigation practice as the head of the litigation team, and he also handled advisory work, responses to KFTC investigations and deliberations, and related litigation at law firms involving abuse of market dominance, cartel conduct, merger control and unfair trade practices,” Sanggon Kim, the senior managing partner at Lee & Ko, told Asia Business Law Journal.
Admitted in Korea and New York since 1998 and 2004, respectively, Lee served at the KFTC from 2006 to 2008, and later practised at Shin & Kim and Lee & Ko. His most recent position was as a senior attorney at Kim & Chang’s Seoul office, where he handled complex merger cases involving potential competition concerns.
