It sure is a nice idea to do that but the execution is a bit odd.
I couldn’t watch it with sound, because my kid is still sleeping. Is that parsley you put into the eggs? That seems like a bad idea, doesn’t that burn in the fat and gets very bitter?
And what is the white stuff you put on top of the schnitzels at the end?
Also eating only Schnitzel without any side dish seems like an overkill and very heavy. Usually we eat boiled potatoes to it and these potatoes are then mixed with the parsely and some butter. Also I really need some light salad next to it to even out the heaviness of the Schnitzel.

It’s only Wiener Schnitzel if it’s from the Wien region of Austria. Otherwise it’s just sparkling cutlets.
(more seriously, it’s only allowed to be called Wiener Schnitzel if it’s made with veal. Otherwise it’s Schnitzel Wiener Art (Vienna-style schnitzel).)

You made a german version or your version of Schnitzel. That’s not Austrian, but kudos for trying. As long as you enjoyed it.
A real Wiener Schnitzel is made from veal. It is expensive though so most people stick to pork. The egg wash is not really seasoned, it’s salted. Pepper tends to get bitter when burnt so many stick with salt. And we never ever put any kind of sauce on the breading. This gets your citizenship revoked immediately.
It just has nothing to do with the original. Sry m8 🤷🏻♂️
