Croatia’s eurosceptics fail in bid on referendum to block euro

  1. Good. As expected from these idiots, the entire activity was like it was organized by a bunch of 5 year olds.

    So for a little context, “kuna” in croatian is a marten (an animal something like a weasel), and the bid for referendum was called “save Croatian kuna”, which fully translated can also be “save Croatian marten” and a bunch of people were like “what…save the animal? From what?” lol

    There was so much confusion, with almost non existent campaign and media coverage, it’s a miracle they managed to get so many signatures to almost win a bid
