Clearly the driver was going too fast and 100% should have stopped. What I can’t get my head around is the following:
– 9:20pm on a Saturday night after sunset this happened so it was dark.
– Other children called for the 4 year old child just before the incident.
– The 4 year child was left to go out without a parent at that time.
– When the incident occurred the parent had to leave the house to go to the child.
– Looking on google maps it seems like a straight road though residential area.
Christ could you not find anything more grim for 8am on a Tuesday morning?
