Please help me figure out this Czech electricity (PRE) form, and where to look for the information. None of my Czech friends know how to fill this because they never had to, and the zakaznicka linka is always busy. So, I decided to ask the internet what this means. Thanks so much in advance!

It’s on how many ampers your main circut breaker breaks. Something like 25A, but you would definitelly do better to check it on actual circut breaker.
And that formulation makes zero sense even in Czech. It translates to breaker size. As in how big the device is.
1. How many pharses you have? : 1 (2 cables to main grid) or 3 (4 cables to main grid).
2. What’s the amperage of the main duże/circuit breaker placed between meter and main power grid: 16, 20, 25, 35 Amp? It defines the max. power rate your gonna pay for.
