Spectacular shot. Also the with the angle, it looks like the texture didnt render for the lake.
Its a beautiful walk
Lovely! Have you got this in panoramic ?? For use as a desktop background…
Not just edge of Ireland but – at one time – the ‘edge of the known world’.
‘here be dragons..’
Lovely shot. Was out at that lighthouse last summer! Pictures like this make me want to get a drone
We stayed there once in a weird Airbnb, the top floor was a sort of flat and the bottom floor a shop with jumpers on mannequins- they were there and so were we – off-season, alone above them.. and it’s really quiet and isolated down there lol. Also- the peninsula itself takes about 25 mins to drive down alone. So when you think you’re there, you’re not, and that’s just the bit you can drive. It really is the edge of Ireland.
Edit: it’s beautiful. My other half wasn’t used to there being ZERO light pollution at night and just the whistle of the wind and the sound of rain. There was no WiFi either at the time. She struggled to get to sleep with our mannequin friends below us lol
Someone risked their life to put eire on the cliff lol
Class pic but,
Éire, not Eire.
Eire means a burden.
Éire means Ireland.
Beautiful shot !
No-one gonna mention the little water feature looking like the outline of Ireland?
