2.34 euro per liter in Denmark today. I cry a little each time I fill the tank.
The populist politicians in their generosity, (1/3 or more of the price is taxes and VAT), has decided to give some of it back by a higher tax deduction for commuting to work. The politicians bragged about how they would save the private economy of the Danish workers.
They allowed roughly 0.01 euro per liter I can deduct extra. Yeah my economy is saved.
won’t be surprised if gasoline companies got their links in local parliaments.
Did the prices went down in your backyard about a year ago when prices were down globally?
