I don’t know if Malta is a part of this yet, but it is currently being negotiated by major countries around Europe; so it is likely that Malta will also be included in this if major European powers adopt this proposal or a version of it.

Do you have a link to the draft proposal? Your link says he got it from the WHO website, but I couldn’t find it on there either.

As soon as I see Bill Gates depicted on n article, it’s already a red flag and to be taken with a pinch of salt.
True the draft exists, but the key word is “proposal”. It is nowhere near legislation and will go through miriad iterations and adjustments before it gets anywhere close to pass, if ever.
