Eleven Palestinians, including children, have been killed since Wednesday morning in IDF strikes on the Gaza Strip, according to reports in Palestinian media.

According to the reports, three members of a press team working for the Egyptian committee overseeing Gaza’s reconstruction were killed when a car was struck near the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza.

The IDF said it suspected the three of collecting information and intelligence on Israeli forces, and therefore decided to target them.

The committee named Mohammed Salah Kashta, Anas Ranim and Abed al-Raouf Shaat as the victims. Shaath was a relative of Dr. Nabil Ali Shaath, who previously served as deputy transportation minister in the Palestinian Authority and is slated to head the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, a technocratic committee made up of Palestinians as part of U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to administer the Gaza Strip.

Three additional people, according to the reports, were killed by artillery fire east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. The Shuhada al-Aqsa hospital in Deir al-Balah said that two of those killed in the strikes were a 10-year-old child and his father.

Meanwhile, the Nasser hospital in Khan Yunis said a woman was killed by IDF fire in the city. The hospital also said a 13-year-old boy was killed by IDF fire in the area of Bani Suheila in the southern Gaza Strip, which is beyond the Yellow Line, marking the territory of the enclave controlled by the IDF.
