Christ alive. If you ever get this at work just pop your phone in your top shirt pocket, camera facing outwards and leave it on recording video. Post it on social media or send it to senior management threatening to do so.
The problem will go away within hours. Having to go to tribunal or court over this is just backwards.

As someone who works in the industry I can absolutely see this happening unfortunately.
I kept overhearing colleagues in my trust refer to another trans colleague as “It” the other day.
