Hello dear friends. What do you guys think about the German skills of this lady? Is it good, is it bad? Is it obvious that she learned German later as a foreigner, or is it just like a German-German? How is her accent and which region does her accent belong in your opinion?

Pretty good Germany level. It seems that she spent a large part of her life in Germany.
She has a pretty neutral accent, hard to assign it to any particular region.
Perfect German when she wants to, the parts where she has ‘an accent’ or makes a minor mistake are probably intentional.
I skipped through the video though, didn’t watch every detail. But that’s native level.
Perfect German (NRW or Lower Saxony I guess) with slight accent, probably Turkish.
It’s weird, it seems like she can speak accent free (maybe with a little regional accent, I would guess Kölnisch?), and then sometimes switches back to a slightly Turkish accent. Now that’s not unusual, I know professional voice actors who speak dialect in private, it’s just not clear what she’s going for here. I guess she want’s to sound slightly Turkish to sound more familiar but uses the accent free senteces when she wants to make a point.
Her German is great. You have to listen carefully to find imperfections. It seems like she was grown up in an area where standard German is widely spoken but also has some relations to the Berlin area. She picked up a few variant from the Märkisch dialects which are spoken there. A few times she hat minor troubles with the length of vocals. But, to cut the long story short: she speaks better German than at least half of the Germans.
There is a little bit of an accent. Not much though and her German is pretty much flawless and very natural, too. She uses idioms and everything. Perfect native speaker level, just with a hint of an accent. So without knowing anything about her, my guess would be she either grew up as the child of a German parent abroad (so is technically a native speaker but grew up mostly surrounded by a different language) or she immigrated as a child, so naturally picked up the language but retained just a little of her native accent.
You can also hear a bit of a Ruhr area or Cologne accent.
