Closest I can think of is [hussel.de](https://hussel.de) – they are specialised in (IMO overpriced) chocolate, sweets and cookies.
WorldofSweets (.de) also allows you to mail a candy box.
I know Karstadt and Edeka offer a “Präsentkorb” service, but I don’t know anything about that.
Easiest from abroad (especially the USA) is probably amazon.
