France’s Eric Perrot claimed his second biathlon World Cup win of the season in the men’s 15-kilometre race in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic on Thursday.
Perrot had a clear shooting and claimed his first victory since December 13 in 36 minutes 30.6 seconds.

“I didn’t have a good shooting in the last two weeks, so I was just focusing on myself to have a good shooting again,” he told broadcaster ARD.
“I know I can shoot well, I just had to focus really hard again.”
Emilien Jacquelin was 41.8 seconds behind his team-mate and Italy’s Lukas Hofer completed the podium in third.
World Cup leader Tomasso Giacomel was only 10th with four missed targets.
The World Cup event in Nove Mesto is the last one before the 2026 Olympics. A women’s 12.5km race is scheduled for Friday.
