Logan and Jake Paul’s mother, Pam Stepnick, has claimed that former US president Donald Trump “sees a lot of himself” in her sons — a view she shares in her upcoming memoir, F— The Pauls.
The book, set for release on January 27, traces the Paul brothers, Logan and Jake, and their rise from Ohio to worldwide recognition through YouTube, boxing, and WWE.
Pam Stepnick says Donald Trump has shown ongoing interest in her sons’ careers. She writes that the meeting reflected how politics, entertainment and digital culture increasingly overlap.

Pam Stepnick claims Logan and Jake Paul remind Donald Trump of himself
In one section of F— The Pauls, Pam Stepnick recounts Logan Paul’s visit to Mar-a-Lago for the 2024 podcast interview with Donald Trump.
She says the invitation came directly from Trump’s team, marking a striking reminder of how far her family’s story has travelled from suburban Ohio to the national stage.
“When President Donald Trump was running for office in 2024, he invited Mike Majlak and Logan to Mar-a-Lago to interview him for their ‘ImPaulsive’ podcast,” Stepnick writes. “It was another one of those surreal moments for me. My kid is chatting casually with Donald Trump. Only in America could any of this happen.”
Later in the memoir, Stepnick reflects on her belief that Trump recognises his own drive in her sons’ success. She writes that his support reflects shared qualities — ambition, self-promotion and an ability to thrive in the spotlight.
“I could be wrong, but I think Donald Trump sees a lot of himself in my kids,” Stepnick continues. “He always supports the fights and their work. He is also an entertainer and a businessman. Hate him or love him, he’s incredibly polarising…”
“Politics aside, it’s a story that is made in America, just like my kids’ story. Only in the USA can you be plucked from Ohio obscurity for vlogging and wind up entertaining the president.”
Paul family invited to Trump’s 2025 inauguration
Pam Stepnick also reveals that the Paul family were invited to attend Donald Trump’s second inauguration in January 2025.
She describes the event as another defining moment in the family’s journey from internet stardom to the political front row.
She recalls sitting with Logan and Jake Paul in Washington D.C., surrounded by global leaders, creators and influencers. The experience, she says, reminded her of how unpredictable and wide-reaching her family’s path has been.
“When President Trump was re-elected, his office invited our family to the inauguration. That cold day in January 2025, I sat with my sons and watched history unfold in front of me.”
“Logan held my hand as I looked around the room to see other influencers and podcasters standing alongside heads of state, CEOs and other notable people.”
F— The Pauls is described as both a memoir and a reflection on raising two of the internet’s most recognisable personalities. It examines the balance between fame and family and how modern influence can reach the highest levels of American culture.
