Gymnastics Ireland has confirmed a renewed partnership with performance apparel specialist Quatro, extending the agreement through to the LA2028 Olympic Games and ensuring Irish gymnasts will continue to be supported on the world stage over the next Olympic cycle.
The renewal will see Quatro maintain its role in providing competition and training kits designed to help Irish athletes look, feel and perform at their best as they compete internationally, with the distinctive lime green colours now firmly established as a visual identity for Irish gymnastics.
Olympic champion Rhys McClenaghan highlighted the importance of the partnership and the pride associated with wearing the kit, noting the visibility it brings both to athletes and supporters.
“I love the kit, and I know our other gymnasts love the kit,” said McClenaghan. “For me, it’s important to have a good representation of the country we represent, and the kit does that perfectly. You can see our lime green kits from across the arenas, and we can see the fans coming to cheer us on in their lime green t-shirts. It’s awesome for us as gymnasts to look out and see that, and also for other nations to see that’s definitely the Irish team.”
Quatro Director Joanna Vazquez said the extension reflects a strong alignment between the brand and Gymnastics Ireland, built on a shared commitment to athlete support and performance.
“We are absolutely delighted to be continuing our partnership with Gymnastics Ireland through to LA2028,” she said. “This partnership is built on shared values and a real commitment to supporting gymnasts at every level. It has been a privilege to work alongside the athletes and the wider Gymnastics Ireland community, and we are excited to keep creating kit that helps Irish gymnasts feel confident, proud, and ready to perform on the world stage.”
The renewed agreement with Quatro comes at a time of growing momentum for Irish gymnastics, as athletes and coaches prepare for a busy year of domestic and international competition ahead, with eyes already turning toward qualification pathways for the LA2028 Olympic Games.
