The European Policy Centre is pleased to invite you to an in-person Policy Briefing with Mihai Popșoi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

The discussion will focus on the Moldovan government’s efforts to develop strategic security and defence partnerships, strengthen national preparedness and institutional resilience, and deepen cooperation on energy security. It will address challenges arising from Russia’s war against Ukraine, including the likely intensification of the Kremlin’s hybrid warfare and Moldova’s need for continued EU and international support. In addition, the briefing will examine the key reforms Moldova intends to advance in 2026 as part of its EU accession agenda.

Participation is open to EPC members, media, EU officials and invited representatives of the Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the EU.
